Best Hotel in Angeles by far!

Great Hotel, very friendly staff special mention to Ella who was super helpful. Cant fault the hotel and stay. Aqua club was great fun and the Halloween party was fantastic. Great facilities at the hotel from the Spa, Gym, Great food, Barber and pool facilities.

Best Hotel ever

This hotel is just over the top in everything they do, from the rooms to the food and staff, you are treated like a king! This is my hotel of voice from now on in Angeles City.

Nothing really, well the bed was a little on the hard side, but no big deal. The only disappointment was that I never got to use the rooftop pool cause it was chilly and raining. Not their fault.

Great for solo travellers.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. Top service. The rooftop restaurant is just magnificent.

1. Asked for a smoking room (which was conveniently provided when I agreed to pay for an upgrade). 2. A/C in the upgraded room wasn't working properly. My friend who had taken the similar room as I had originally booked (and was a smoking room) had a very good ac. So it's a consistency issue. 3. Could have done better with more options of food at the hotel

My stay at ABC left more for me to desire. Everything was fantastic.

I like the design of the property. The room was warm and had everything a traveler would need. The bar was awesome and the pool area was beautiful.

There was nothing I didn’t like about ABC.

It was a short stay, I spend much more time in Pattaya because a nice hotel there is less expensive.

The common areas are amazing

Dear I would like to advise this hotel owner. shortly , they are so funny and have very low service mind specially , some staffs think that they is high position than guest when we look respecting them dont forget only one ... if we know modest attitude , we respct them not they are special i never visit again this hotel again and i never recommend other persons this hotel

Outstanding Aqua Club Pool Experience. Great Music / DJ experience throughout the day. Good Food served in all outlets. Well balanced menu offering . Great beverage selection. Quick and attentive service / waiters.

Glass policy around the pool area requires all drinks to bee pored into very much used plastic / copper cups. My Corona looked very unappealing !!!

For a lone or lonely traveler the right hotel. It is all in the bourgeois style well known from the American setup, Rooms are more or less clean, lots of services you can ask for (and pay for). Welcome drinks offered. Very friendly security guards and staff. It is the best hotel on site - but has still potential to improve ;)

No breakfast included, food from restaurants rather oily (and oil is not new), Pasta in Aqua club not made with Italian cheese (like announced), but with some cheap cheddar copy-cat kind of product (not sure it is a cheese at all)... when you want to go swimming, better be prepared for 24 degrees pools. If you find the downstairs pool too cold, but already purchased your welcome drink, then you cannot take it upstairs (same hotel, but different pool rules)... and you pay for another drink upstairs (glass at the pool not allowed - might have been friendly to give a plastic cup??? Checkout process too long, had to wait 15min. Toilet was not working properly In Aqua club ordered a "fresh lemon juice" - was bitter - the second one tasted ok (after complaints)

What was the highlight of ABC Hotel

The design of the hotel is very good especially the new aqua rooms. The new aqua bar and pool are very nice but the water is very cold this time of year.

The quality of the laboratory faucets doesn’t quite match the rest of tha accommodations. The mini fridge doesn’t have a temperature control and I couldn’t get my drinks cold so I had to keep ordering ice which they gladly brought.

Excellent hotel facilities, although the process to access to the rooftop bar could be smoother.

The room we had booked was a non-smoking room but the room we were given had a very strong smell of smoke. We had to launder the contents of our suitcases after leaving due to the smell.

Rooms was clean and good. However one of my friends had bad experience where his room was not cleaned for more than 7 hours after we went out. There was no sign that not to clean room was placed. When we complained the reception staff said that we have to call reception to make the rooms up. That was totally unacceptable. Front desk staff also started arguing with us. Fiona her name was very rude. When we asked for bus schedule at the security area he told us that he cannot help because he is not allowed to speak about bus schedules. Front desk lady Fiona also was adamant that they did not mention that. Entertainment areas were all quiet and not like what was advertised. 3 days we were there every area was quiet. no life at all the feelings.

What was the highlight of ABC Hotel

Everything was great and that is why I come back time after time. All staff are helpful and nice. Jerry the ABC Aqua Pool Bar manager went out of his way to make us feel at home and like VIPs yest again. He does a fantastic job there and another reason I will always stay at ABC when I visit AC. Thank you.

That I could not stay longer this trip.

Rooms are very well appointed with many extras. There seem to be many staff around and service is generally very good "with a smile". You could spend your whole vacation in this property.

I had some issues with the hotel's transportation service - the drivers did not know where to go! I also had to complain about service in on of the restaurants where we asked for plates for sharing the food we ordered. By the time the plates arrived the food was cold and the manager just seem to be deflecting blame and giving meaningless excuses for their error.
